Policies

25% deposits will be required for orders over $100. Full payment is required for orders under $100 at the time of booking.

Full payment is due at least 3 days prior to your assigned pick up day. An invoice will be sent to the email that was entered into the order inquiry form.

Please contact Baked by Krystal via email with at least 72-hour notice from the pickup time. No refunds will be provided to orders that have been cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Refunds will not be provided for custom decorations that were already ordered.

$20.00 fee will be required after 60 minutes of lateness. Order pickup will be moved to an alternate date after 2 hour post pick up time.

Only cake jars are available for shipping at this moment. All cake jars are shipped via 2 day shipping. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

We ask that you place your orders at least one week ahead of time.

•Transport and store all orders in a cool location.

•Hold the box on the bottom instead of the sides to prevent damaging the order.

•Place your order on a flat surface (i.e. the floor of the car or the passenger seat).

•I am no longer responsible for orders once they leave my hands.

• All policies will be enforced, regardless of if they have been reviewed.

• Baked by Krystal is not responsible for orders once they have left the premises.

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• All prices are subject to change. You will be notified if there is a price change.

• An order will not be considered "booked" until your deposit/full payment has been received.

• All payments are non-transferrable.

• Baked by Krystal LLC reserves all artistic interpretations and freedoms when creating all custom orders.

• No refunds will be offered, in the event of a “no call, no show”.

• Baked by Krystal LLC is not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions.

• Baked by Krystal LLC owns all images photographed of all bakes.

• Baked by Krystal LLC reserves the right to use any images for any purpose including marketing, advertising, examples of artistry, etc.

• Baked by Krystal cannot guarantee freshness of any baked goods past 2 days.
